Music Video Project
Watch at least 5 Music Videos
Post and Critique 3 videos:
1. What needs improvement.
2. What you liked or what you felt was the strengths of the video.
3. Rate it from 1 to 10
4. Provide the Youtube videos on your Google Sites
Students will produce a music video with an approved song of their choosing (nothing inappropriate). All students will demonstrate a clear understanding of shot composition (6 angles), filmmaking techniques and post-production workflow and techniques.
Music Video should be 1-3 minutes in length.

Final Project Product Review - Video Submission
1 minute with sound and music. Must be a product, food or restaurant.
Edit your videos using your smartphone, online video editors, and your computer software. You may turn in your Product Review videos by the end of the week. The Google Classroom will have the project submission. Please email me with any questions.
Product Review - Footage Check or Screen Recording
You will need at least 15-30 seconds worth of footage for this week's assignment. Please post to Google Classroom.
You will have the option of edit your videos if you can. Using your smartphones to edit or you can search for free online video editors. For the final project.

First Person Point of View Video Project - A Day in your life Video- Can be FICTION
Students will produce a short video utilizing any First Person POV Camera Perspectives. 1 min-2min

- A first person point of view (also known as POV shot or a subjective camera) is a short film scene that shows what a character (the subject) is looking at (represented through the camera). It is usually established by being positioned between a shot of a character looking at something, and a shot showing the character's reaction (see shot reverse shot). The technique of POV is one of the foundations of film editing.'
- An interesting day in your life or any event that has happened to you. Story must have a Beginning, middle and end. Get approval for story.
- Watch 3 Youtube Videos on A day in your life
- Post to Google Sites and add 1 improvement & 1 strength per video

- Create a storyboard with 6 angles (rectangles/cells)
- Using Google Docs create a script that describes your day in words.
- Start shooting video. Make sure to use POV and/or Reverse shots. Add Music Sound effects
- Edit Must Include a title of the movie with intro credits, captions, subtitles or voice over and music.
- Post to Google Classroom
Camera Angle Video Project
- After creating your storyboard using www.storyboardthat.com use your Camera Phones, Chromebook or your own cameras to film clips of your angles (Watch Video Below First)
- Requirements:
- Title - By your name, Period, date, Mr. Sandoval
- Minimum 10 angles. You do not have to be in the video. You can use other people to be in it or use objects (cars, trees, toys etc)

- End Credits
